‘By Design’ is the first single from the inaugural EP on my new PGN imprint, which will be a home for me to self-release tracks between label releases. 

The track features a raw aesthetic that melds sci-fi-inspired synths, auto-tuned vocals, and driving harsh drums. Halfway through, it flips into a place more akin to the acid techno of the ‘90s, before returning to it the euphoria-fueled synths and vocals of the first half. 

Been loving playing this out in clubs the last few months, really excited to see the reaction to it now that it's out there!

Technical wizard / power producer Mathis Ruffing and Raiders' own DJ Fucks Himself concocted this 4-to-the-floor, 150 bpm hyperpop-ish beat. The perfect foundation for fellow raider $ombi to go nuts on the mic with a German vocal about romantic persistence. The result is an "Ohrwurm" that may cashew off guard 😉
