"i love you" something we often just say to say now a days but the truth is we often fall in love with someones potential or we fall in love with the idea of being in love the next time you say "i love you" the most powerful thing we could ever tell eachother or show eachother so be wise and true to yourself when you use these powerful words!

2.)Gratitude for something 
3.)Sensitive understanding of the aesthetic value of something or someone 

Do you have appreciation for yourself? Before we start holding others accountable for wether or not we fill appreciated we must first look at ourselves. Are you aware of how great you are? have you worked for what you feel you deserve? have you consciously come to a conclusion of your worth? do you understand the difference between what you want and what you truly need to feel appreciated. I was eighteen then i wrote and believed this. Now that I'm twenty two and come to love myself and hold a very high degree of appreciation for myself. I no longer feel this way ever. Heres why,i asked myself all those questions and came to my respectable conclusions to never allow anyone to treat me out of place.Not friends,family,co-workers or in my relationships. Having made this rule for myself i lost a lot of people but in turn found even better friends and better situations that make me feel appreciation. Your circle will be small,but golden. Your friendships will be built off trust and confidence in one another. In your work environment you and your mind will be respected. Lastly, your relationships will be built of genuine trust sincere love and a undying appreciation for one another. On the other side never judge or hate those who show or give no appreciation. They themselves have either been broken or hurt or simply just do not know how to appreciate others. Understand, it is not your job to teach them either. It is only your job to be yourself and be an example of positivity. You only have one option when it comes to these people. Leave,leave before you start thinking something is wrong with you based upon how they treat you. Leave, before you start to feel unworthy of love and respect. You see when we stay in these toxic environments its effects bleed out into all areas of our lives. Your mind,health,finances,ambitions,and other relationships we hold with people. Leave, and when they realize your worth they will come back looking for you. Why you may ask? Because you were always great and amazing. You were Always lovable and respectable. there was nothing ever wrong with you in the first place! You have always been so special and worth it! Now when they come back the power is in your hands to politely decline or try to start over and rebuild. More then likely after giving yourself appreciation first,you will not want them back. You will know your own worth.Better yourself and always,be mindful.
