Catchy was born out of a creative spark between Mentesh and Landau during an impromptu studio session. What started as a casual meet-up quickly turned into a deep dive into grooves, textures and rhythm. Initially built around a vocal sample, the track took a sharp turn when Mentesh, caught in the flow, grabbed the mic and recorded an original vocal on the spot. That moment set the tone for the entire process: spontaneous, raw and instinct driven. From there, the duo locked into a focused workflow, layering ideas, sculpting the sound and testing the track in real club environments. Each tweak was a response to the dancefloor, a conversation with the crowd. After multiple iterations and refinements, Catchy emerged as a track that feels both effortless and engineered for movement, a hybrid of intuition and precision made to stick in your head and move your feet.

MELODIC (US) unleashes a three-track EP on Sapient Robots, blending bold Indie Dance aesthetics with psychedelic energy and oriental flair.
The journey begins with "Tishtushim", a powerful collaboration with Nino Tores, driven by pulsating basslines and hypnotic synths. The EP continues with "Arigato" and "Tutu Ney", both created alongside Yojiman, showcasing a distinct Japanese influence. These two tracks fuse traditional motifs and catchy "Arigato" vocals with modern Indie Dance grooves, crafting a sound that feels both cinematic and club-ready.
This release highlights MELODIC, Nino Tores and Yojiman's versatility, bridging cultures and soundscapes while delivering a fresh, boundary-pushing experience on the dancefloor.
