Juan Urbina es un artista Bogotano establecido en Tabio, Cudinamarca. Su pasión por la música empezaría a temprana edad con acercamientos a la música clásica y en clases de piano. Más tarde se adentraría poco a poco en la música electrónica con el EDM y bandas como Daft Punk y The Chemical Brothers. Pasando los años iría investigando y descubiendo el Techouse, Techno y Acid hasta que finalmente tuvo la entrada de lleno en la fiesta encontrando más estímulos que lo fueron direccionando a encaminarse en el entorno del diyeismo, aprendiendo en RossRec junto a Sanchez Jr y encontrando en el raw techno, hardgroove y tribal el espacio para comunicar sus ideas

Greek roots, born in Koblenz and currently living in Augsburg, Germany, Christos found his musical affinity already in his earlier years. When his focus shifted to the electronic genres at some point, he knew that this was where he belongs, as soon after he got hooked on DJing which also involved developing his stylistically signature, allowing him to dive even further into his passion.

For the better part, Christos’ sound is based upon an atmospheric & deep track selection, resulting in quite trippy sets which can pick up quite a serious pace as well. Ambitiously following a “golden thread” in all his performances.

Welcome to Cycles introducing Sylad from Łódź, Poland. Sylad fell in love with Techno for all the right reasons: a great feeling for rhythm, a passion for rave and an unstoppable urge to go hard. Sylad has played all over Poland and has shared the decks with the likes of: Paolo Ferrara, Noemi Black, Sept, and Eargasm God. On the side she is also co-organizer of events under the banner of Szukam Techno and founder of the Szukam chłopaka/dziewczyny Techno fan page and related groups.

The Brvtalist is proud to present a new mix from Steven Shade. Born as a young raver in Los Angeles, USA, he made his way to Germany and as a young child, he secretly stayed up late & listened to techno and rave sounds on the British military station BFBS. During his teenage years, he was an active part of the illegal rave community, growing up immersed in the sounds of schranz, gabba and jungle. Today we're excited to present this raw DnB entry into our series.

Amsterdam-based DJ and producer PARADIGM X presents his new Heat Intruder EP on PARDON Recordings, the label run by DJ and Producer EYCEE. Known for his genre-fluid approach- blending house, techno, and high-energy breakbeats - PARADIGM X pushes his hybrid club vision forward across this four-track release. 

The title track “Heat Intruder” was inspired by a night at Garage Noord, as PARADIGM X explains: “The idea came after an inspiring club night where DJs were mixed so many kinds of genres - particularly in Bar40. After the club, while biking home and standing on the ferry, I felt inspired to blend those influences myself. Especially after an extended period of solely producing house. 

Since I’d heard a lot of rhythmic influences that 
night, I experimented with adding my own twist to that energy. The nod to the iconic track ‘Partycrasher’ by DJ Chuckie became the cherry on top, tying everything together.” 

The EP showcases three distinct reinterpretations: a club-driven, shape-shifting remix by EYCEE; a bouncy, percussive UK-Funky take from Kaval; and a uniquely rhythmic rework that only Styn can deliver. Together, they push the OG track into fresh territory, each offering its own bold new direction.
