Many years ago, I had an OM experience during meditation. Afterwards, I searched the entire internet to find music that had the same richness and depth. Because I couldn't find any, I locked myself in my room for several weeks and sampled music clips on my computer until I had created a track that roughly expressed the magnificent richness of my listening experience: The great deep OM-AUM-Mantra. Together with two pieces by Klaus Wiese, this track forms my reinterpretation of Osho's Nadabrahma meditation.

You can use it for meditation, psychotherapy and journeys to altered states of consciousness. If you are using it as the first part of the Osho Nadabrahma meditation, you should sit down and hum or sing the OM-AUM-Mantra. You can find complete instructions for Nadabrahma meditation in Osho's books and on the Internet. 

 The OM soundscape is based on a cis tuned to the sun, 136.10 Hz, and contains the Schumann resonance and theta frequencies. Because the included Hemi Sync frequencies (also known as brainwaves, binaural beats or isochronic tones): Don´t hear it with headphones by driving a car or similar activities!

This is recording of singing bells with the base bowl of D# for the Sacral Chakra. This also contains a binaural beat of 5hz. The ocean sounds were recorded at Akumal Beach near Tulum, Mexico.

Tibetan Singing bells produce monaural beats and overtones which may induce states of deep relaxation. Binaural beats, which have also been added, are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. These sounds can also help with getting to sleep. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones. here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.

Get a tune up in 14 minutes with high fidelity recordings of the solfeggio tuning forks and the weighted OM tuner.  Each tuning fork was allowed to ring out .. however, even though there appears to be silence there is still a very quiet frequency playing before the next fork is sounded... and due to their different vibratory degradation period they are different lengths of sound..  

The tuning begins with the grounding OM hum, then 396hz, 417hz, 528hz, 639hz, 741hz, 852hz then "Holy Harmony" all forks together 3x, OM hum again, "Holy Harmony" 3x, then back down through the frequencies ... 852hz, 741hz, 639hz, 528hz, 417hz, 396hz ending in OM...

You'll notice an oscillation or a rapid panning happening from ear to ear... this has been set to 7.83hz, the schumman resonance.  Volume should be a medium to start... 

The tuning can be just listened to.. or can be used to meditate with.  The track is set up as a chakra balancing or chakra tune up sequencing... so the tones can be used to focus energy on each chakra as in our chakra balancing tracks. 

This is powerful stuff... however, can be very subtly affecting you at a cellular level unbeknownst to you!  Just know, that if you feel emotional... or if you feel "musical frission" all over shivers... or if you twitch.... maybe nothing at all happens... it's all good!  Allow it to flow out!  It's all working though you in a perfect way... because these frequencies are pure, like the emanations of our hearts.  Also, the more you use this tuneup, the more it begins to affect you in tangible ways.  Using it daily for a week, one is likely to really feel something shifting in their lives.  I am compelled to also mention that if you focus on geometry, symmetry and/or hexagons ... and just breathe through your heart ... magick happens ;)
