"Chains No More" is a soulful blues ballad, telling the emotional journey of a young woman trapped in an abusive relationship. Her partner, consumed by alcohol and anger, repeatedly harms her emotionally and physically. Despite her attempts to hold onto the man he once was, she realizes she must save herself. As the song progresses, she finds the strength to leave, walking away from fear and shame into a life of self-respect and freedom. Each verse chronicles her transformation—from silent suffering to empowered independence.
