So this is a sound bath I recorded a month or two ago.........I had a bit of a cold and I have since been working on my vocal work, but it gives an idea :D It was the first one I ever recorded so I need to work on levels etc but its a first attempt and the only way is up :) (i apologise for the clang where I catch the bowl with my wand :D)

one of the most potent Sanskrit healing mantras. The energy this can bring forth can be truly amazing. It roughly translates to "We worship Lord Shiva, the three-eyed one
Who is fragrant and nourishes all beings
May he liberate us from death, for the sake of immortality
even as a cucumber is severed from its bondage to the creeper."

I am a classical trained musician who always felt there was more to sound than simply reading the dots, that there was more to the way it made me feel...... then one day, after years of reading the dots, I found sound.... not music.... but pure sound! Thats when things began to change! I started training with BAST in 2010, working for 2 years towards my Practitioner level diploma in Sound Therapy and during that time my eyes were opened to a whole new world I was barely aware of.
