‘I Can’t Make You Someone Else’ is about learning to put yourself first. That sometimes you need to let go of people, no matter how much you care about them. Understanding that trying to fix someone over and over again doesn't change them, it only hurts you more. This is a song for listeners to enjoy and learn from, and I hope it will help people through difficult decisions and help them feel at peace.

This is the first single I released. I learned about music production, so this song achieved a goal of mine which was to produce my own song. What better way to achieve it than have my first single as one I produced myself! I hope this song resonates with you and helps you in any way it can! I like to leave the message of my songs to the listener, as I want the experience of my songs to be your story.

Don't Look Back

This is my second released single. This was a song I started and recorded for a college project. I really enjoyed writing this song and I am quite proud of the way it came together. Hope you enjoy the song!

Sarah O’C is a cork based Singer-Songwriter, in the pop/R&B genre. She feels songwriting and music should be a way for people to feel safe and heard. Her music aims to resonate with listeners to help them realise they are not alone. “With each song I release, I hope others will make it their own story. I think it’s so important to have music that others can relate to, because music brings people together and provides comfort in difficult times.” After her time in LA, she gained the courage to produce and release music and continues to do so. So far she has two singles released, with more music and collaborations to come. Sarah has always been a creative individual, which is why she loves producing and writing music. She also uses her background in graphic design to create visuals and cover art for her tracks. Growing up, Sarah has been involved in classical, Irish traditional and popular music. However, her love for pop and R&B music stuck with her as she progressed in her career. 

Sarah writes songs in the indie-pop genre and composes with the intention of helping others through her music. She believes her songs should be personal to the listener, leaving the interpretation of the song up to them to create their own story.

After a short time in Los Angeles, Sarah gained the confidence to start producing and releasing her own music. She released her self-produced debut Single 'Don't Look Back' in 2020. This song originally started out as a college project before she decided to finish the production and release it as her debut single.
