There are many ways to reach Theta state, such as through meditation or hypnosis. However, here is a quick and easy method which focuses on the pause between breaths, to calm your body and mind and easily reach Theta state.

This pillar of light visualisation is inspired by the visualisation presented by Linda Howe in her book: How to Read your Akashic Records: Accessing the Archive of the Soul and its Journey. Linda describes this as an 'opening meditation' which will cause an energetic shift in your consciousness, raising your vibration. This visualisation can be done at any time and for any reason, but I recommend you try it the first time in a lying down position.
