Although all of the songs and tracks were not written and recorded on Melrose street, it is on Melrose Street where I started the project and where I re-found my love, my confidence and my drive for music. So I’m naming these tracks after that very loved street that I am forever thankful for. A street that created a sense of home while so much change was happening around me. This album is about memories of the past, struggle, joy and just life.
