9999999 (Portal 2 Theme Re-Creation)

A re-creation of the 90-second countdown music (with accompanying video) that is used on the BBC News Channel in the UK to round up to the hour for the bulletins. Also includes the headline music and ident used to introduce the News programmes at one, six, ten and many other hours during the day on BBC One and the BBC News Channel as well as the Breaking News alert music that flashes up occasionally on the BBC News Channel.

Originally composed by David Lowe in 1999, this re-creation was made by carefully and rather slowly listening to the music and then scoring it out in the sheet music notation software Musescore. That sheet music can be found here: https://musescore.com/sarcastic_fantastic/bbc-news-identity-music.

BBC News Identity Music (Soundtrack Re-Creation)

A re-creation of the music used in the "We'll Be Right Back" gag in the comedy programme The Eric Andre Show, which has become somewhat of a meme. Originally composed by Rolf Anton Krueger in 1995 as part of a library/production music album called "TV-Show Tracks" and published by the German label "Selected Sound", the full piece is 3 minutes long and is called "Oregan Spirit". "We'll Be Right Back" (Eric Andre Theme Re-Creation)

A pre-2015 collaborative project I and others worked on for a while, a kind of mashup/remix of themes and motifs from the video game Portal 2's soundtrack. This portion uploaded is purely my own work.

Was intended to be used in some kind of action, maybe running-away scene.

A four-hands piano cover of a section of Clair de Lune, the third movement of Suite bergamasque by the French composer Claude Debussy. I only learnt to play the most memorable part of the piece, and it was too challenging to play with just two hands.
