Fringe Effect

Let’s play on the fringes of the norm, exploring our many parts, tapping into our creativity and making a mess of it. This dance mix will be layered with experimental, industrial and organic sounds curiously interwoven with hypnotic and discordant beats. The goal will be to create a wave progression out of sync with the familiar standard, yet somehow still beholden to it.

This track is a part from the contemporary ballett piece i worked on with the amazing choreographer Wayne McGregor. It's heavy, but we all like the occasional heavy track, right? 
I released my soundtrack to the piece as an EP, called Dyad 1909 (2009)

Another Happy Day, by Sam Levinson (featuring Ellen Barkin, Ellen Burstyn, Demi Moore...) is premiering at Sundance Festival this weekend! This is a little sample of the music I did for the film. This song is from what is in my opinion one of the strongest moments in the film.
