When I'm tired and when I'm restless, when the world gets too much and my when heart feels tight, this is that one piece of music I retreat into. No, it doesn't tell me that it's going to be okay but in that moment and for that moment alone, it is okay. And isn't that the point? To not live for a future, to live in the seconds, minutes, hours and years that build up to our collective tomorrows. 

Stop for a second, breathe and look around you. For this moment, this is all you are, this is all you can be. Do you find peace in that? Can you?

Today im proud to announce the release of my first single. The past two years have been a complete internal/external struggle. But i keep coming out with a smile on top. Every single time. Since the start of my journey towards music, 2 years ago, all i saw at the end was an original voice echoing out from the distance. I’ve watched myself close in on that distance. I couldn’t be more happy with myself. So i’ll take this chance to share this song with you all. 

What makes me even more proud is that everything you hear and or see is a product of my own creative ability. I’ve chosen not to rely on anyone but my own experiences of life as a means to capture sound, produce it, sing it, feel it and finally share it. Hope you guys like this one!

Its called “not around” and heres to hoping you like the way it sounds. Its draws inspiration from late night bouts of isolation. I’m sure alot of you would end up relating to it. Enjoy!

I find hope in the progress i make; in the efforts i put, towards the man i need to become.

If I Could

The song is about a state of Levitation when you actively choose to live in the past; with your ghosts. Even though our memories make us who we are, we forget that not all memories are a source of our content. 

But then again reflection is what can help us move forward. So in your Levitation it is you, actively, who chooses what that state symbolises.

A friend of mine sent me an idea to play around with. I loved what i heard and decided to make it real. The song is co-written.

Everyone tells you life is a competition. At the critical points in your life, you feel it too. It makes you nervous, anxious and you want to get to the top. I don't feel that anymore. I'm calm and peaceful. I'm the running man; running away, on a track less travelled.
