The main curator behind Living Prism, Dar Sernoff, is a seasoned, intuitive, and diverse DJ. He brings his arsenal of immersive sounds from all around the globe and quintessential mixing skills to move people in powerful ways across various dancefloors. This ecstatic dance set was recorded live at Sacred Soul Festival in Portugal in the summer of 2022.

The joy of playing at one of the USA's biggest and best Ecstatic Dance events was electric. This event boasts a venue with a massive PA system, professional stage, and a state-of-the-art lighting setup, making it one of the largest ecstatic dances in the United States. Nevada City is home to many top music producers who create music specifically for ecstatic dance, ensuring that the caliber of producers and DJs here is among the highest in the country. This was such a beautiful and powerful evening at one of my favourite venues ever... Paradiso, in Ubud. 🔥

I'm so grateful to LUSH for encouraging us artists to be fully authentic in our expression. I feel like I can truly tap into my most relentless joy and creativity in this space. 🙌🏻

I decided to give myself a challenge and push one of my edges, and improvise the entire set in the moment. 🥰

I often plan my sets in advance, but lately I've been playing with more free-styling, and it's been incredibly expansive and rewarding. Of course it's a little more stressful, and requires more focus, but it's also more intimate and connected, and can make for some unexpected and magical moments! ✨

I'm really happy with how this set turned out, and I'm SO happy with the entire vibe of the evening and all of the incredible, yummy dancers that showed up! 💃

Thank you to everyone who's ever supported this dream of mine in any way. I love you all so much.
