King for Another Day contributions

This is my first original KFAD2 track I made for the tournament/Metal Ajit Pai. At the time I wasn't even sure if I was gonna work on this song, it was a concept written in BeepBox that I left side for a while until a random burst of inspiration had me make this entire thing in about a day lol. Also I was originally gonna name this track “Domain of Dankness” or something..

The melody that comes in at 1:42 is based on Ajit Pai's original victory theme from the first KFAD made by the talented @cryptrik2
Also some people pointed out to me that the first lead melody sounded a bit too much like the Wii Shop theme so I changed it a bit. Overall it was fun to work on this and I'm very happy with how it turned out in the end, and I hope others enjoy it as well!

King for Another Day - A New Threat

So this track wasn't even originally going to be uploaded for King For Another Day at first.. I made this remix months ago for a Smash remix album called "Smashing Celebration" vgmresources.bandcamp.com/album/smashi…elebration-2 but I didn't get to finish it on time, so I thought it'd be perfect to finish it up and submit it for DK in the KFAD2 tournament! I wanted to remix Scorch 'N' Torch ever since I first heard it in DK Tropical Freeze and I'm glad KFAD2 has given me so many remixing opportunities..

King for Another Day - Searing Savannah

The original melody from this track is inspired by a short idea written by https://twitter.com/MtH13208 that they made and had given out to anyone who wanted to make something out of it (which was the part from 0:23 - 0:45.) The track/name itself are inspired by SSBB's Coin Launcher mini-game, and I'd imagine the game could be somewhat similar to something like Bejewled with a twist..

King for Another Day - Gem Blaster

I wasn't really sure what direction I was gonna take a track like this at first, but after a while I decided to just try and experiment with an atmospheric/creepy feeling and added the Sponge Bob-styled Lavender Town section to relate it more with missingno's sources. It's certainly one of the strangest/most unique remixes I've ever done but I like how it came out lol.

I was gonna try and do more Jack and Elmo arranges, but the time went by faster than I thought so I decided to just do this at the least. I actually stayed up really late trying to finish this before finals (didn't intend for it go up after but it was fitting in the end anyways.) Bear and The Big Blue House was a pretty big part of my early childhood so I thought of doing it some justice with this remix for KFAD!

King for Another Day - Goodbye For Now!

This was probably my first dual arrangement idea ever since I first found out about them. I had this idea in my head of a full arrangement based on the Sonic.EXE Creepypasta musically, with it progressing like a story up to the climax/"resolution" with things seemingly going back to normal in the end... I had fun working on this arrange and it's now my longest arrangement I've ever made so that's cool! (Also good luck looking up this song anywhere not copying the title lol)

My final track for the Siivagunner King For Another Day event.. It was great to be a part of everything and I'm glad that I got to grind through as many arranges as I could. Thanks Silva Team for everything you've done for this amazing event and I hope to continue making arranges/remixes of all types in the coming years!
