My themed track for the M8 Discord / "M8 Jam 034: The Vacuum Void" 

Not quite sure how this one fits the theme but it was an attempt. Started porting a few Air FM presets from the “FM Synthesis. A Catalogue of Materials. 03 Air (Turbulence)” YouTube video to the M8 but that only ended up as a small drone portion.  Constructed the beat/bass quickly last night and then spent this morning recording some guitar parts and layering. I guess the blasting guitars also have a noisy vacuum feel.  Super happy how this turned out nonetheless...

Every morning is a whole new variety, I just set this one up just after dawn and let it go.

Equipment used: Sound Devices 702 digital recorder with Sennheiser 418 stereo shotgun microphone (M/S). Post-processing in Logic Audio (editing, normalization, EQ, limiter). Format: 96khz 24-bit WAV.
