【Interpretation】
Hope and Despair.
Just like 2 sides of a coin.
“Please be quiet, Hope is noisy”
The demon king shushed hope away as the coin shows its despair side
Those with strings attached to their limbs are now ready to entertain the audience

And so the curtain opens

“Welcome to the party!
Ye infinite shadows, dancing in the darkness
This show will never end!
No one can ever escape it”

The puppetmaster greeted its puppets as the audience watch their dreams rot off and drop away

“Welcome to the party
This crude, comical waltz.
This show will never end
Even if you lose interest, it will continue to repeat!”

Their scorned memories is the only thing that can save them before they fall any further

Yet
Let us all not forget
Hope is still with us
Here at the theater known as “Despair”

Yet this peace came to a quick end as disputes over power between the eight most influential gods led to unending wars, ravaging the land they once nurtured. Each one’s immeasurable yet equal strength led to nothing more than a stalemate, losing their lives in the midst of this battle. Now, their reincarnations have risen to settle this score. The eight gods gather together once more and trace the story their former selves once lived. Rebirthed, they continue their battle in the sanctum of the gods.

Mafumafu x SILVANA - サクリファイス / Sacrifice

Sarishinohara is a play on words and it might be referring to Sashihara Rino, a member of HKT48, former member of AKB48. It's a story about a guy in love with an idol but unable to continue loving her because of her career.

On the other side of the story, looking at Sashihara Rino, her alleged boyfriend (named Ton-chan) sent Sashihara's pictures & stories of their relationship to a gossip magazine, and thanks to that, Sashihara was exiled from AKB48 as they have a strict policy on no relationships for the members, so she entered HKT48. I'm sure fans of AKB48 knows how popular Sashihara was, she was placed 4th in the AKB elections.

And so, this song, Sarishinohara, written by Mikito-P, talks about the story from the boyfriend's perspective. There were some speculation as to whether Mikito-P is Ton-chan or not, but I'm inclined to believe that he's not, just my 2 cents as a vocaloid fan perhaps XD
