A R Rahman Flute Medley - Celebrating Indian Independence - An ARR medley for Peace and Unity - Flute Vijay Kannan

Aug 15, 2017 marks 70 years of Indian Independence. I present here a medley of three of A R Rahman's songs on flute, songs which I dearly love and songs that convey the importance of giving back, of unity, of peace, of togetherness, of love, of kindness, of the undying spirit of humanity that should 'trump' evil, prejudice, bigotry, narrow-minded selfishness and jealousy. India has been a country that has been defined by its diversity. Diversity of culture, traditions, languages and geography but all linked by that spirit of Bharat which in my belief is humanity. I hope it becomes stronger and unites not only people of India but everyone in this world. Nationalism is good when we realize that this world we live in, the whole of it is actually one Nation.
