Marc Hype and Jim Dunloop had one of the most successful records on the Milk Crate edit / megamix label, dropping uptempo remixes of JVC Force and Big Daddy Kane on the Bombay Raw 12". They come back here with a new breaks / megamix-style track "Finale 74," which appears in regular and remix form. I don't know where all this stuff comes from, but the track sounds like a super tight 4 turntable mix by some creative folks. Definitely euro in feeling, the kind of shit that makes you wonder why Americans are so weirdly uptight about what kind of music they will get down to. On the remix they dig into forgotten beatbox samples, drop a relatively obscure Eric B &amp; Rakim intro, then party rock their way through about 7 minutes of 12" time. And you can just feel that "only shower twice a week" sweat in the air.

Hi everyone, I hope you are all safe and not going too crazy. I knew I wanted to write  a song about this experience we are all going through, but to be honest I’ve had it pretty good compared to a lot of folks. So I decided to use humor to try and lighten the load a bit.
Since we are under quarantine I couldn’t go to Hedd for lyrics and lead vocal, so I had to do it all myself like I use to. I’ve always hated my voice, but it came out ok. I know things are starting to open back up, but I believe until there is a treatment that works and a vaccine…… Let’s say how we go about our daily routine is going to be different.
 A special thanks to the folks on the front lines Doctors Nurses, Lab techs, all folks that work in medicine down to the folks that clean up, truck drivers, folks that work in the grocery stores, food delivery, mail, Amazon drivers, Ups, Fed-Ex, the folks that pick-up the garbage and recycling and all the folks that work in groups and have to deal with the public, so I can sit at home on my fat ass.  Anyway I hope this song gives you some good info and puts a smile on your face!
