Feral Planet - Combat (album link in description!)

Project for one of my classes: 

60 second field recording of a noisy door, opening and closing, in what sounds like a pub somewheres... Using only that sample, and whatever samples we harvest out of it, the class was to process a bunch of synth patches and percussion sounds in order to make a listenable song. I imagined my tune would end up being some kind of atmospheric nightmare of banging, crashing noises, but it turns out you can make dope sounds out of just about anything if you process it enough. So here's my submission to "The Door Project"...
