It's a lie that you are not accepted. A lie that your mind has created only because you are not open to acceptance. The truth is you are fully accepted in this moment. There is only self. There is no other.

If you have given attention to yourself fully, looking into who you are fully, then the question of "Whether you are accepted by or accepting of the other" will not arise. You will be able to see clearly and to accept does not mean to justify the other.  The rock is a rock.

The mind only exists in these to modes, craving and aversion. When we get circumstance that is averse, its a difficult day and when it gets what it craves it gives pleasure feedback. Beyond the mind though, beyond these modes, what occurs then is an experience of calm, an experience of a unified field.

All too often the mind is like a zombie hand, hitting itself in the face over and over again. If you mastered your mind, you would tell it not to react , to sit when you want it to sit. And the mastery of the mind is of utmost importance.
