Observer Effect (Released by Noise A noise Records)

My third album “Mujo” will be released on November 11, 2022. 
The album was made from 2014 to 2022. All together 9 years of time but over 10 years including the research period. 
It is an album of improvisation and recording simultaneously, using non-instrument objects along with the sounds that occur 
from a frosted lake and drifting ice, and recordings made by affecting the environment itself.
This album is comprised of 2 discs. Disc 1 features performing and interaction with sounds that occurs above the ice. 
Disc 2 features performing and interaction with sounds that occurs below the ice using hydrophones.
This trailer is a mixture of tracks included in disc 1 and disc 2.
Hopefully, you'll be able to hear it through solid mid- and low-range speakers or headphones. And this is just a trailer. It's even more amazing when you listen through the entire sound source.
The CD is full of ideas that you can't get from the download version, and the booklet on page 32 contains untold stories about the making of the album and photos I took between recordings, so I hope you buy the CD and listen to them.

2022年11月11日に松本一哉 の 3 枚目となるアルバム「無常」をSPEKK からリリースします。
今作「無常」は、氷をテーマとした作品となっていまして、2014 年から 2022 年までの 9 年 の歳月をかけて制作しました。リサーチを含めると 10 年以上になります。凍結した湖や流氷などが起こす音と共に、本来楽器ではない モノなどを使用し即興で 1 発録音をしたり、色々な仕掛けを用いて環境そのものに働きかけて録音した作品です。 
本作は 2 枚組になっていまして、disc1 は氷上で起こる事との演奏や働きかけを基にし、disc2 はハイドロフォンを使用し氷下で起こっ ていた事との演奏や働きかけを基にした作品構成になっています。
このトレイラーではdisc1とdisc2の音源を混ぜて構成しています。
願わくば、中低域のしっかり鳴るスピーカー、またはヘッドフォンで聴いてもらえたら嬉しいです。そして、これはあくまでもトレイラーです。音源全体を通して聴くともっと凄いです。
CDではダウンロード版では味わえない趣向を凝らしてますし、32ページのブックレットにはアルバム制作の秘話や私が録音の合間に撮影した写真が記載されていますので、ぜひCDを購入してで聴いてほしいです。

Ott (born 1968) is a British record producer and musician who has worked with Sinéad O'Connor, Embrace, the Orb, and Brian Eno, and has achieved recognition since 2002 for his own psychedelic dub tracks and his collaborations with Simon Posford (Hallucinogen / Shpongle).[1] He has released two albums on Twisted Records: Blumenkraft (2003), Skylon (2008), and three albums on Ottsonic: Mir (2011), Fairchildren (2015) and Heads (2022). His stage name is a reference to ethnobotanist Jonathan Ott who coined the term "entheogen".
