Can the Sansamp GT2 do modern heavy music?

Had a friend reamp the SansAmp tracks I did as well as additional tracks with the "Classic Mic" setting to show how the pedal sounds direct, to an amp and what eq settings fit which "Mic" setting. Center Mic sounds best direct but needs to be compensated with EQ on the amp to make it sound neutral. "Classic Mic" flattens the eq for better use with amps as well as a good enough compromise for direct recording. Perfect for reinforcing your amp tone with FOH for live use.
