Rubén Rodríguez, aka RUVEN, is a Spanish DJ and producer. Over the past several years, he has immersed myself in the creation of electronic music, concurrently establishing a notable presence as a DJ in various residencies.

His primary artistic focus lies within the realms of trance and progressive genres, with a portfolio that includes the release of compelling tracks under the pseudonym Ruven Gaze. Noteworthy labels such as Mondo Recordings and Pulsar Recordings have embraced his work, further amplified by remixes from fellow producers. Now, he is playing in different events around Madrid, as well as producing melodic techno and progressive music, varying from one genre to another, like a journey in progress.

Continuing the 2025 release schedule, Saturo Sounds is excited to welcome in the Dutch house music twins Roy and Rick aka Leeman Brothers, with their “Surfing On Sonar” EP - including 2 remixes from Bulldozer (UK) and Hall North.

The original Surfing On Sonar mix is a deep progressive house track with a techy vibe and recognizable deep tech stabs, and synths. The record is smooth, spacey, but groovy at the same time. Complete with lovely, tribal percussive infusion - making the dance floor throw their hands up in an instance.

The Bulldozer remix - in line with their signature sound - develops a heavier, and moodier tone as a relentlessly forward-facing piece. The duo writes “When we heard the original we felt it was perfect for the Bulldozer treatment as the original has an atmospheric and melodic vibe, we could use those features and give it some serious beef! There were loads of nice elements in the original we were able to take into our remix which we believe compliments well!”

Finally, the Hall North remix straddles the line between classic house-inspired progressive house experience, imbued with the modern melodic twist, delivering a signature hypnotic groove, with a dreamy and surreal atmosphere, from start to finish showcasing this producer's own spin on things.

Label newcomer, Montreal-based artist, Gawina, provides luscious, ethereal vocal textures paying homage to her First Nations roots, complimenting the percussion-heavy instrumental foundation, replete with dissonant chord progressions throughout the ride.

She writes “With this track, I journeyed into the spirit of my Indigenous roots. I let their essence rise through layered vocals—echoes that ripple across time. They move in harmony with the pulse of Indie Dance, threading ancestral memory into the fabric of the present.”

The last Saturo release featuring Akiva and Ivan James, “When We Touch”, smashed the melodic, progressive and indie dance charts. To say we are excited for this one is an understatement.

ARTIST BIO

Hunter was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary.
He got a taste of the disc jockey profession relatively early, at the age of 13-14 he was doing school discos, summer camp discos, mixing music from tapes by using cassette players.

In the early 90s the rise of the new electronic dance music, the arrival of house and techno music in the clubs of Budapest, and the enchantment of the classic 2 turntables + mixer setup with the dj using vinyls sealed his further ambitions in his life. His love for the black vinyl discs also began at that time, which continues to this day.

In 1999 he moved to the United States to pursue his dj career. He spent his first years in North Carolina, where he was active in the local underground club scene by organizing afterparties.
In 2003 he moved to New Jersey, close to New York City, where he dreamed to become a club DJ.
The next 15 years he was djing in many clubs in NYC, such as Pacha, Webster Hall, Sullivan Room, Rebel, Club Love, Water Taxi Beach, Bar 13, Slake etc..
Also he actively participated in the American Hungarian community by organizing events, and inviting Hungarian underground club djs to the USA. He fought for larger Hungarian events to have a smaller room where underground club music was played.

In December of 2017 he moved back to Budapest.
In 2018 he joined Prime FM, where he is still active today. Hunter really introduced himself to the Hungarian progressive house scene on December 6th. 2019 at Cinema Hall, when he played a 2,5 hour closing set after the legendary Nick Warren!
Since then he performed at numerous parties alongside with Guy J, Nick Warren, Alex O’Rion, Guy Mantzur, Magdalena, Sebastian Busto, Fernando Ferreyra, Moshic, Marcelo Vasami, Nicolas Rada, Ezequiel Arias, D-Formation, Undercatt, Kasper Koman, Chicola, Cream, Ruben Karapetyan and many more.

Born on April 17th, CHIRUKA is a Sri Lankan DJ and producer who has shaped his place among the island’s most distinctive electronic music talents. Beginning his journey behind the decks at just 16 years, he first emerged as a mobile DJ experimenting, learning, and building his sound through dedication and raw passion.

Over more than a decade and more to it now, CHIRUKA’s evolution has been defined by precision and purpose. His sets balance emotion and energy. With a uniquely groovy and atmospheric approach to performance, he captures both intimacy and intensity, leaving dance floors connected in rhythm and experience.

Vega (AU) is a longtime electronic music enthusiast and DJ with a flair for sophisticated sounds that delve into earthy organic and afro house percussions, to soulful deep/lounge and jazz house grooves, vibrant nu-disco, as well as ranging in atmospheric melodic, breakbeat and progressive house. 

Based in Melbourne, Australia, his sound has been influenced over the years from iconic labels including Anjunadeep, All Day I Dream, Large Music and Be Adult Music and is naturally drawn to track selections that evoke an emotive and atmospheric tone. 

He has played in several of Melbournes' sought after nightspots including my aeon, Howler, Top Yard, and Brown Alley, where he has made support appearances on Anjunadeep event linups for artists such as Nox Vahn and CRi. Vega (AU) previously held monthly residencies at some of Melbourne's top venues including the balearic summer river bar 'Arbory Afloat' and the intimate 'Music Room' at HER Bar as a member of @floatingdreamsmusic. 

Floating Dreams are a collective of five passionate DJs who specialise in DJing and hosting organic, melodic and deep house centric events in Melbourne. Over the past several years, the group has funded and held a series of day party and evening events at Brunswick's Howler, with headline artists including Anjunadeep's Dee Montero, Blake 0.8 and M.O.S., as well as Shingo Nakamura [Monstercat] and Double Touch [All Day I Dream]
