Hello there, nice of you to come and watch and listen.
I am Sascha and have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2002. Through the BIhar School of Yoga, I have immersed myself in this classical form of yoga in which I teach. I love it! 
For 11 years I taught classes, training and refresher courses in weekly groups at my yoga studio - Yoga Sadhana - City Yoga Retreat Vlissingen, in companies (stress & mind management) and refresher courses for teachers. 
As a teacher, I am affiliated to the Satyananda Yoga Family Europe.
 I am now based in northern Germany.
