London-based promoter WarmLab unveils their future plans which include the fourth Bandcamp release of their label AFÀN.

In the near past and before lockdown, the collective has hosted a number of showcases in the UK inviting many Romanian and international artists to intimate venues around the capital. In particular, one of the last just before the lockdown was TRIPL3ONE Edition in January 2020 and saw Mihigh as headliner during a mammoth 25-hour event between StarLane Pizza Bar and Shoreditch Platform. This was followed by the WarmLab x UVAR showcase inside The Cause cage for Syzygy on 28th February 2020 with Cosmjn & Lizz, Alex Font, and Nils Weimann plus the after in collaboration with Nils' imprint Subtil which featured Olivian Nour as a secret guest. The 18-track mix is a perfect showcase of his fluid approach to dance music, blending acid house, breakbeat and mainstream influences. Shaped by his formative clubbing experiences in Sharm El-Sheikh, Masry brings a unique energy to his sets, marked by his ability to weave textures from those early days of his career. With extensive performances across the region, he highlights key moments like opening for Dekmantel founder Thomas Martojo in Cairo and debuting alongside Lebanese veteran Eli Atala at Beirut’s Ballroom Blitz. Since 2023, Masry has expanded his reach with performances in Dubai’s Hence Night Series and notable appearances in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon, solidifying his growing influence in the regional scene.

Ohm is known as an Icelandic dub techno veteran with releases on labels such as Thule Records, Æ Recordings, Luck of Access, X/OZ, and Solid Groove. He teams up with El Choop, a UK-based artist with a distinctive approach to dub techno, who released on key labels like Echocord and ETUI.

The release is completed by a special Octal Industries remix, a project started in 2004 and known for its appearances on labels such as Octal and Thule records. The remix provides an atmospheric and groundbreaking reinterpretation with a moody and reminiscent touch.
The four tracks present a strong techno groove and specially crafted dub techno elements. Focused on evocative and energetic stems, these dub techno works are highly versatile and suitable for home listening, as well as conceptual and timeless dj sets.
