My second "RPG city" style song - Weather In Hobbiton - the settings for a bigger song and the 2nd half to "Dreamscapes in Hobbiton". I was on campus one day, and decided to write down the weather, I was very fortunate to witness it go from sunny to a sort of a short storm, and this work reflects precisely that. This is my 2nd rendition of the song.
