Some Places

First in a new series of song sparks I'm hoping to expand out into a full song. This could potentially be a part of the Downtempo EP. Needs a chorus and some additional tweaking to bring it all together. Some feedback from the songwriting workshop included suggesting that the speaker/singer is attempting to reassure himself. I like that.  They also suggested shifting some of the phrases at the end to go up instead of being so repetitive. Other feedback included adding some Nine Inch Nailsish guitar and distorted vocals, longer swells, maybe some oooohs. Positive response to the vague yet effective lyrics.
