The Tiger’s Nest refers to Ngalop, a tribe from Bhutan. They used to dance masked in their ceremonies. Symbolizing different deities, demons and animals the masks are used when the Ngalop act out spiritual stories from their collective past. Religious gathering for them is the Tschechu festival which take place in the temple of Paro Takstang or The Tiger’s Nest, located more than 10.000 feet above sea level, it is one of the most sacred sites in Bhutan. A legend holds that a former wife of an Emperor, willingly became a disciple of Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambahva) in Tibet. She transformed herself into a tigress and carried the Guru on her back from Tibet to the present location of the Taktsang in Bhutan. In one of the caves here, the Guru then performed meditation and emerged in eight incarnated forms (manifestations) and the place became holy. Subsequently, the place came to be known as the “Tiger's Nest”

The Blue Nile Falls is a waterfall on the Blue Nile river in Ethiopia. It is known as Tis Abay in Amharic, meaning "Smoke Abay". It is situated on the upper course of the river, about 30 kilometres (19 mi) downstream from the town of Bahir Dar and Lake Tana. The falls are one of Ethiopia's best-known tourist attractions. The falls are 42 metres consisting of four streams that originally varied from a trickle in the dry season to over 400 meters wide in the rainy season. A short distance downstream from the falls sits the first stone bridge constructed in Ethiopia, built at the command of Emperor Susenyos in 1626. According to Manuel de Almeida, stone for making lime had been found nearby along the tributary Alata, and a craftsman who had come from India with Afonso Mendes, the Catholic Patriarch of Ethiopia, supervised the construction. Music and rhythm can be life-changing for children and young adults who have experienced trauma and are struggling with anxiety. 

Music for Generations (Nesiller için Müzik) is a compilation album series focusing on bringing hope, healing, and resilience to children and young adults who have been impacted by the recent earthquakes of February 2023. 

As Kanto Records, we have partnered with two NGOs — Maya Foundation and Tüvana Education Foundation for Children (TOÇEV) — to make a meaningful impact on those affected by the earthquakes. 

Proceeds from the album sales on Bushido will be donated to support ongoing art and music therapy efforts in the earthquake-affected area. Proceeds from the album's Bandcamp and Spotify sales will be donated to establish permanent music libraries delivering art and music therapy workshops.

We are honored to feature incredible artists worldwide who generously donated their songs' publication rights to support this cause. We welcome all volunteers to support our mission. 

Every penny of your donation will directly support our project. We will be transparent in our actions and inform you of all developments through our website and social media channels.

We are ready to do our best to help heal the wounds of this devastating disaster, the effects of which will perhaps last for decades, and to help build the future with hope while sharing the healing power of our profession, which is our life motivation and passion.

Wavelengths of different frequencies bring us information about sound, temperature or the image of the world. Through our senses we form a coherent whole.
That`s why we love the sound of bells.
The sound spectrum of a single tone consists of the basic frequency and several higher frequencies that are a full multiple of the basic frequency. Together they form harmonious parts of the spectrum.
The non-harmonious spectrum consists of partly harmonious parts which are not full multiples of the basic frequency. The non-harmonious parts are added to the harmonious sections of the tone and produce richer instrumental sounds. Another determining factor of timbre is the transitional state which enables us to identify the source.

Light acts similarly. All the colours of the world  fit within the narrow margin of the visible spectrum. The frequency values enable us to reliably identify their influence on our well being and performance. Light affects our state of mind as much as music.
