After almost four years, the new album is finally finished. To be honest, I never planned it. It came about in stages. Sometimes haltingly, sometimes smoothly, and sometimes not at all. In the end, though, I can say that it's the most personal of all my previous albums.

ALKEMY - Journey by Eli

Festina Lente, or σπεῦδε βραδέως, roughly translates from ancient Greek as "make haste slowly", or "more haste, less speed".  This proverb means to make progress, to advance and grow, but to do so gently, with great care and intention.  I love this phrase. 

It's in the spirit of Festina Lente that I made this mix. It took me a long time to compile, with much thought and care put into the track selection and transitions. And it is a slow downtempo mix, never above 90bpm.  It's best listened to with Festina Lente in mind: not in a hurry, but slowly and deliberately.

Festina Lente

The pampa, filled with enigmatic lines and geoglyphs known as Nazca, gives name to this record label.

Nazca Records was created to collect the music and art that Viracochas (beings of other worlds), shared with the ancient Nazca people, known for their love for music, dance and nature.

These recordings represent the music that was once played in another time and that will be played again in the future…They are the memories of the future.

Each vinyl and recording tells a story of the memories from each ceremony that took place in the Pampa Colorada, from music that was played, and of the figures and lines that the Nazcas used to show their gratitude to the Viracochas.

Maybe you’re wondering how its possible or how we were able to capture those recordings in Nazca Records to then press to vinyl. 
It has been discovered that if an intelligent or exotic species wanted to connect to others, they would use radio signals as they can travel any distance and require very little energy to send.
The logical wave frequency to communicate would be 1420 Megahertz, which is the frequency irradiated by the neutral hydrogen, when its atoms interact between each other.

Based on this info and knowing that hydrogen is the most abundant element in space, and after a lot of tries, in the end we were finally able to make the first contact with the Viracochas!

What is a culto cargo? This word defines an ethnological phenomenon that happens when a technologically primitive society enters in contact with a technologically advanced society.

This translates into a show of gratitude and admiration of one civilization for the other; in the case of Nazca, the culto cargo for the Viracochas, as a sign of gratitude, was represented by the lines, while the one of the Viracochas for the Nazca was shown through their music and art.

This seventh chapter collects the recording that the Viracochas, used to thank the Nazca people. His culto cargo is a record, a journey, a chapter narrated through 2 remixes, the first one by the magic Viracocha Timboletti, and the second by young Viracochas Innellea.

[Premiere] M.ONDE ⩦ One Hand Clapping [MŎNɅDɅ]

We're excited to premiere the very special release "The Sheep" by Goro as part of the "Animals of the Earth" compilation on Cosmovision Records.

A few words about the track:
Sheep figure in many mythologies—such as the Golden Fleece—and major religions, especially the Abrahamic traditions. 

In both ancient and modern religious rituals, sheep are used as sacrificial animals. I chose this animal because I kept growing in the opposite direction where we think if we eat sheep it is one of God's worship, many of them got killed on every holiday and celebration in the middle east. 

What does this mean? Nothing is just another story or method of killing.

The whole compilation will be released on 01/03/2020.

Wavelengths of different frequencies bring us information about sound, temperature or the image of the world. Through our senses we form a coherent whole.
That`s why we love the sound of bells.
The sound spectrum of a single tone consists of the basic frequency and several higher frequencies that are a full multiple of the basic frequency. Together they form harmonious parts of the spectrum.
The non-harmonious spectrum consists of partly harmonious parts which are not full multiples of the basic frequency. The non-harmonious parts are added to the harmonious sections of the tone and produce richer instrumental sounds. Another determining factor of timbre is the transitional state which enables us to identify the source.

Light acts similarly. All the colours of the world  fit within the narrow margin of the visible spectrum. The frequency values enable us to reliably identify their influence on our well being and performance. Light affects our state of mind as much as music. 

The circle draws to a close.
