The 'Time To Move' EP entices listeners with its complex percussive rhythms, Afro grooves, rise and fall basslines, hypnotic vocal hooks, intriguing synthesizer transitions and a grooving low-end throughout. In just a few years, Josh Butler has firmly established himself as one of house music's most revered talents. 2016 saw the launch of his label Origins, with Josh welcoming the likes of Marshall Jefferson, Todd Terry, Robert Owens and Santé to the imprint since, scoring his second Beatport #1 through his and Bontan’s stand out ‘Call You Back’ in early 2017. Add to the equation EPs on Kaoz Theory, Rejected and Defected, collaborations with Kerri Chandler and Darius Syrossian, and remixes for industry heavyweights Carl Cox and Joris Voorn, and it’s clear to see that Josh Butler is only just getting started. No wonder that Nick Curly and Gorge are very proud about his debut EP on their 8bit Records imprint.

Andrew Meller has been on an incredible run of form recently having smashed the Beatport charts with his remakes of classic tracks such as Faithless' 'Insomnia' and the all-time holy grail of Underworld 'Born Slippy'. His talents do not stop there though, he proves here that he is more than capable of penning some serious underground sounds as he delivers 'Godfathers Dance' and 'Honey'.

'Godfathers Dance' leads the charge here and has been a secret weapon in label boss Nic Fanciulli's sets for time now. This bubbles along really nicely with a warm and funky bass line, some lush, tribal percussion and some great horn additions that really add to that dance floor energy. 'Honey' on the flip is more menacing in it's delivery with a sinister synth pattern and a tough drum workout for those slightly tougher floors.

Alex Kennon makes his welcome return to Saved this month with two killer cuts on the brand new ‘I Can't Get You’ EP. Already making serious waves with productions on labels including Rebellion, Crosstown Rebels, VIVa and Moan; Alex has proven himself as a respected DJ and producer within the Tech House scene with his tracks having been supported by A-List artists; Kölsch, Solomun, Nic Fanciulli, Steve Lawler and Tale of Us and a successful Best Breakthrough win at the 2018 DJ Awards in Ibiza. The EP kicks off with ‘I Can't Get You’, a track which oozes sophistication with intricate drum fills, an infectious groove and hypnotic, sultry vocals. ‘The Lover’ follows suit with rolling drum grooves, chopped vocal textures, whirring synths and an energetic bassline to get the dancefloor moving. Diynamic Music returns with the 14th edition of its prime Various Artist EP series Four To The Floor. These EPs are always comprised of four dancefloor-oriented tracks that have one special quality in common: they have all been heavily road tested and certified by label boss Solomun on his countless gigs all over the world. 

Opening the release is South African artist Bruce Loko together with Sebee and their track Dimensions, a light-hearted and uplifting summertime anthem that surrounds you like a warm breeze at the ocean. Larozs Under Your Skin follows up with a deeper and sultrier vibe its thick bassline and muffled brass synths garnish the catchy vocal. 

Up next is Super Flus Acumulee, a melodic House track that captivates with its deeply layered composition and compelling groove, followed by the highly emotive ethno tune Tribe by Matt Sawyer.
