UNDERTALE: Bloom & Gloom is an AU following the consequences of Flowey's actions in one of many timelines he's wreaked havoc on. While he'd normally be able to reset after doing something like this, he's been dealt a particularly bad hand this time around. When a human falls, their own Determination cancels out Flowey's own and with it, his ability to reset. Frisk is now forced to explore an underground with some monsters dead and others changed for better or for worse. Is it even possible to SAVE this world?

In Bloom & Gloom, Sans is... well, he's still mostly fun and games, and he's still the goofy prankster we all know and love. However, many factors allow him to be taken a bit more seriously this time around. After witnessing Flowey cause so much trouble, and after realizing that Flowey's lost his ability to reset, he has a bit more of a drive and reason to be going after him. Combine this with his promise, and you've got yourself a party member on your hands.
