"Detroit's Asher Perkins lit up the dance floor with a blistering set for our Aphotic Brooklyn Techno Afterhours Thanksgiving weekend. Recently signed to MINUS, his first EP under the label was released earlier this year. The EP features the track, "Aphotic" which was inspired by the weekend spent in Brooklyn with us. We are honored by this gesture and are happy to share this live set with you!"

SAVVIAN, also known as Vitor M. Bueno, is a 32-year-old Brazilian artist leading a project that moves through Melodic House, Indie Dance, and such unique shades of Dance Music that they often escape classification.
His first instrument was the drums, learned during church rehearsals alongside his mother. His early musical memories include electronic tapes playing in his brother’s 1972 Opala during childhood fishing trips — a blend of nostalgia and pulse.

Savvian is a DJ, music producer, and educator, with over 14 years devoted to Dance Music, and several years of experience as a production instructor at BAN EMC, one of Brazil’s leading electronic music schools. His journey is marked by a deep commitment to both the craft of music and the transmission of knowledge.

He also played valve trombone in marching bands and drum corps competitions, experiences that shaped his rhythmic precision, creative discipline, and sensitivity to musical dynamics.

At the age of 17, he began his DJ career immersed in the world of Psytrance, where he built a strong following through his fluid mixing style and immersive storytelling. His sets are known for their emotional narrative, effortlessly moving from softness to intensity and always creating deep audience connection.

Deeply in love with quality music, Savvian draws inspiration from artists like Peter Gabriel, Bonobo, and movements like Rock Art, Downtempo, and Andes Step, as well as both aggressive and introspective expressions of electronic music. His goal is simple and profound: to transform the way you dance and perceive sound.
Through a refined curatorship, polished over years of experience, he delivers emotive, striking compositions that move both the body and the soul with masterful intention.

Savvian is not a beginning — he’s a continuation.

SAVVIAN, também conhecido como Vitor M. Bueno, é um brasileiro de 32 anos à frente de um projeto que transita entre o Melodic House, Indie Dance e nuances tão singulares da Dance Music que se tornam quase inclassificáveis.
Seu primeiro instrumento foi a bateria, aprendida ainda na igreja, acompanhando os ensaios com sua mãe. As primeiras referências vinham das viagens de carro no Opala 72 do irmão, ouvindo música eletrônica nas pescarias da infância.

Savvian é DJ, produtor musical e educador, com mais de 14 anos dedicados à Dance Music e uma sólida atuação como professor de produção musical em uma das maiores escolas do Brasil, a BAN EMC. Também tocou trombone de pisto em bandas marciais, participando de diversos campeonatos de drum corps, experiências que moldaram sua precisão rítmica, disciplina criativa e sensibilidade coletiva.

Aos 17 anos, iniciou sua carreira como DJ, mergulhando profundamente no universo do Psytrance, onde conquistou seguidores e reconhecimento pela sua mixagem fluida e narrativa sonora cativante. Suas apresentações transitavam do leve ao intenso com maestria, criando conexões genuínas com o público.

Apaixonado por boa música, Savvian se inspira em nomes como Peter Gabriel, Bonobo, movimentos como o Rock Art, Downtempo, Andes Step, além de elementos mais agressivos da Dance Music e faixas suaves que embalam jornadas internas e sessões de produção reflexivas. Sua missão é transformar a forma como você dança e percebe a música, oferecendo uma curadoria única, lapidada ao longo de anos, com composições marcantes que mexem com as emoções e os movimentos de forma maestral.
