Prior to this Ms. Allen owned and operated Hue-Man Bookstore in Harlem, NY from 2002-2012. Ms. Allen now leverages her experience in both books and technology, focusing on the Diaspora market.  The goal is to pioneer a new business model that couples its hi-tech vision with hi-touch events around the USA and abroad called "Pop Ups".  Adding to its hi-touch vision Hue-Man's Agency Services supports authors and organizations of color through a myriad of services.  Allen is also co-founder of the imprint Open Lens. Ms. Shantae Gilmer is the Managing Partner of Premier Choice Group, LLC, a global consulting firm specializing in capital management, public relations and marketing, and event planning and production services. For over 18 years, Gilmer has worked in non-profit and government sectors and has extensive experience in contract management, organizational development, leadership development, program design and monetization, campaign design and development, and digital marketing.

She also gives an update on the new collaboration between NCBW and the 100 Black Men of America to make a bigger impact when addressing youth who are in critical need of positive role models, mentors, supplemental education programs, and examples of true leadership. Ms. Shanae Hill is the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Premier Choice Group, LLC, a global consulting firm specializing in public relations and marketing, capital management, and event planning and production services.
