‘Mr. Champion’ is the lead track, with rolling melodies and peaking vocal samples developing into a jungle-inspired breakdown. Tweakz shows how he is committed to his roots whilst at the same time moves it through a more contemporary framework. The flipside comes in the form of ‘Trust’, which is darker, heavier and has more brooding undertones, punching through with each weighty drum pads whilst its bassline kicks into play with a horn-like, climbing notes. ‘Trust’ is focused on hard-hitting breaks and the type of drums which make a track so damaging on dancefloors; it also highlights another side of the producer, one which resonates with the darker part of their catalogue. Both sides of the single let fans know what Tweakz is about, as well as the caliber of artists they’ll be enlisting for their releases. Whilst the label is still in its early stages, more and more music of the same standard is set to reach their listenership and with artists like Tweakz taking center stage, Bass Legion is soon to become a notable part of the current drum & bass scene.

Next up on the Incurzion Audio release schedule is a massive 4 track EP from Rantik. For those that don't know, Rantik is a seriously talented up-and-coming producer from Newcastle with a strictly deep and technical focus to his productions. "Persona EP" is his latest masterpiece and is a true reflection of his diversity as a producer and the uncompromising quality he strives for.

"Fragment", a fast-paced technical track with continual vocal stabs maintaining the energy, and a drum roll which is unforgiving and really pushes the track forward. Don't be fooled however, the track is not strictly one dimensional as Rantik mixes it up completely on he second drop.

Up next is "Blood Loss" is deep and soulful with a lyrical element perfectly complimenting to the progressive synth heavy sound pervasive throughout the track. Extremely refined, we start strong and it's only up from here.

In contrast to the rest of the EP, "Phase One", a murderous and unapologetic monster of a tune with deep bellowing growls and a sound system testing bass line, overlain with powerful drums and many interesting sound design elements. This EP truly has it all.

To close the EP is "Mirrors" is a much more relaxed number that takes you on an emotional journey. Perfectly crafted, this track is a major compliment to the rest of the release and brings in another dimension that completes the EP.
