thank you a thousand times to Xav for curating, arranging, and hosting this show, also for opening the night with a wonderful set.

Marteka Fair performed on this lineup as well and gave us a propulsive, hi-level, forward-listening show. 

I was gratified to perform my new Buchla set alongside them. even brought the saxophone out of unofficial retirement specially for this show! don't get used to it. 

LOSO was a great venue to perform in - good equipment, very good sound, great lights by Casey, and great staff, thank you all!

this is an improvisation performed live in mit's wmbr radio station. i'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to give this performance at the historic station, and am particularly grateful to William for bringing me into the fold and sharing some of the amazingly well-preserved history of wmbr, as well as some very interesting musical ideas!

originally performed in quadraphonic for Heaven Dancing Club x Avant-Hard's Live in Translation. This was an incredibly special night in washington DC, conceived and executed through the tireless work of many gifted artists. VI_VI_VI built an incredible bioplastic and metal mesh art installation for the centrepiece of the stage, Dytrip manned live projections featuring integrations of a live video feed of the stage, Sophia Plancich created an evolving live painting over the course of the night, and Stoil ran an absolutely jacked-in live light show to enhance the atmosphere to truly immersive levels. 

Not a moment was left without a universe-expanding soundtrack from some of the most exciting artists in the world to me right now: Christopher Lock, San Huan, and B_X_R_N_X_R_D. full set recordings to come shortly. for now, please enjoy my contributions to the night on my beloved buchlas.

someone described art to me as something unfinishable, something that can be added to infinitely because we don't know what's next. i really like that description. so in a twist of irony, here is "last time for everything." this piece revisits some of the earliest sequences i composed for the buchla, with expanded techniques and freer exploration of the electro organism.
