So excited to present the first single off my forthcoming EP "Astronomical". This tune Singularity features my good friend and guitar played Matt McLaren. A Singularity is best exemplified by a black hole. At the center of a black hole, space-time becomes a one-dimensional point which contains a huge mass. As a result, gravity become infinite and space-time curves infinitely, and the laws of physics as we know them cease to function.

The Oxidized compilation series is a charity project we have been working on since the inception of The Rust Music, with Oxidized, Vol. 1 being our very first label release in February 2017. At the end of each year we select a new charity, aid organization, or non-profit, to which all proceeds from the series are donated. In the past we have donated to organizations focusing on natural disaster aid, environmental restoration and preservation, as well as civil/human rights advocates and COVID-19 relief efforts on local, national, and international levels. 2022 proceeds from the Oxidized series will be donated to support women’s rights to healthcare and access to abortion, with this year’s donation to be determined towards the end of 2023.

Across the last 6 years, we've recurrently tapped into a network of both our roster talent and our close associates across the experimental electronic music spectrum to craft our first two Oxidized compilations. Now, for the final entry in the Oxidized Trilogy, we've brought together 32 producers, songwriters, and musicians from the US, the UK, Germany and Georgia to craft 28 tracks that cross through a medley of motifs in Hip-Hop, Drum & Bass, Downtempo, and more. Colorado native Jordan Panasewicz rocks the moniker SayWhat?! representing a deranged man-child turnt panda bear. For over 10 years in the saturated Colorado scene, SayWhat?! has actively avoided following trends, and simply delivers the unique musical productions sent to him by the pandaliens from another universe. Now coining the genre "Ratchet Jazz", his productions are full of complex chords, jazzy riffs, and momentary filth. Slap n wobble bass lines work cohesively with hip hop rhythms and vocal samples to create a new era of jazz music that you didn't yet know you needed. Live trumpet and Electronic Woodwind Instrument in his performance are the icing on top, that will surely have you saying, "WHAT?!".
