For the 16th installation of our mix series, Nieuw Holland Spoor’s Young Adults deliver a little over two hours of bent electronics. NHS is an event series and label based in The Hague, NL. Their Early collaborations with labels such as Traffic, Melliflow and Perlon’s Spacetravel have solidified NHS’s input to the Dutch electronic music scene. Young Adults Identify as vinyl purists choosing wax as their medium. Their debut release on NHS’s first VA marks the rebirth of an exciting musical project. In this tounge-twisting two-hour bender, Young Adults ease into the mix with slow and thumpy rhythms allowing them to cultivate the ambiance for chunky baselines and acid trippers.

Zharkov is a Belarusian DJ, producer and vinyl collector based in Krakow. He likes to wander in the realms of eclectic house, furnished with a distinct proggy minimalistic vibe that he delivers on wax for this edition of our mix series.

This mix is full of hefty bass, tribal congas and progressive sequences all bridged together through subtle links.
