Itumeleng Mfete, professionally known as Sbafs, is a music producer and DJ from Soshanguve, Pretoria, and co-founder of Like You Like Me Records, an independent label rooted in authenticity and emotional connection.

Growing up in this culturally rich community has deeply shaped his artistic vision. Sbafs draws inspiration from R&B, funk, neo-soul, and jazz fusion, blending smooth melodies with dynamic rhythms to create a sound that’s both soulful and innovative.

Since beginning his DJ journey in 2013, Sbafs has steadily evolved as an artist, culminating in the release of his debut EP This Feeling in 2022. Through Like You Like Me Records, he continues to champion originality and elevate emerging voices in the music scene, staying true to his mission of crafting music that resonates deeply and connects emotionally.
