Los Amigos are India’s premier Latin Jazz outfit and they happened to have a very special guest along with them the night I decided to tape their entire concert – Sergio Dinarte, who had come down from El Salvador to play a series of concerts with the Amigos.  Los Amigos are an electrifying Latin outfit with the ability to immediately bring anyone to their feet. Enjoy this beautiful tune called Cocinando.
