#mybrotherskeeper is a documentary that follows the lives of various African Americans as they go through life, love, and their individual rise to what they deem "success" and the trials they gave in doing so. This documentary and book will showcase the cultural norms and abnormalities of the "everyday black man", father, mother, sister, brother, nephew, niece, aunt, uncle, daughter and son... Do we uplift our own? Do we work united as a people or do we constantly rip each other down? What effect does that have on the black community? How do we overcome? When will we rise? Am I my brother's keeper?.... YES. Brother and sister... YOU ARE.
