Born Kevin Powell (a.k.a. S. Blacc), the first of two children, on May 7, 1989 in Kansas City, Missouri. He and his family relocated to Los Angeles, California when Kevin was 2. The west coast lifestyle is all he knows and he vividly describes this way of life in his music. Because Kevin’s lyrics are derived from his life experiences, you can feel and hear passion and sincerity in his songs. Known as a “Gasser” for his style and lyrical delivery, Kevin charismatically expresses himself in his performances (15 live, 10 recorded), keeping audiences engaged and his fans yearning for more. 

Having been introduced to the entertainment industry at an early age, while attending showcases and long studio sessions with his mother, Kevin discovered his natural ability to entertain. However, he didn’t take his talent seriously until he was approached by a talent agent for a commercial screening at age 7. By age 12 he have been in a few plays and showcases and grew to love the camera, and the camera loved him back. This early exposure to the industry, gave him the knowledge and confidence he so fearlessly demonstrates in his individual and Cash Me Out (CMO) performances.
 
Collaborating with his childhood friend Drew (stage name), together they strategically formulated CMO, which is comprised of four members. The members of the group each contribute a unique talent to the dynamic squad. There is something for every listener; club bangers, brilliant hooks, clever wordplay and slow tempo songs for their most ardent fans, the ladies. Their Intelligent, Conscience, Fun, Street rap is an unstoppable force that transcends prejudice and all color lines. CMO is a movement and a soon to be household name.
