Cyberpunk 1997 - My entry for the Looptalk User Contest - a Metal-Electro fusion.

I used one custom sample recorded by myself (me clicking against a cup of coffee), the rest is stock FL. Tried to use some plugins I never opened before. The excessive voice acting was made with FL's internal speech synthesizer.

My entry for the Looptalk Monthly Contest May 2021: FLEX General MIDI Contest.

The main rules were:

- You can ONLY use sounds from the General MIDI pack from FLEX.
- You may NOT use the mixer, except the master channel. Any type of mixing needs to be done in either FLEX or using the Wrapper's functions.
- Automation clips are allowed. Audio clips are obviously not. It's all MIDI, baby.
- You can use A MAXIMUM OF 10 INSTANCES OF FLEX.

My entry for the Looptalk User Contest July 2021 - All Autoguns Blazing by Thunderpunch

The only allowed synth to use was Autogun (a random preset synth). This was a very tough challenge for me, the synth sounds produced by Autogun lack bass sounds and all presets are cluttered with effects (reverb and such). I wanted the distinctive synth sound to be still audible, so there is no heavy processing.

This is my entry for the Looptalk User Contest "Everything in Modulation" August 2021 by @MegaSphere. Only DX10 (a FM synth) and an unprocessed kick and snare sample, no EQ, no compression and no filtering was allowed.

Due to the restrictions of the contest, the sound is quite raw. For your listening pleasure,  this is the remastered version.

Sabaton - Bismarck [acid dance remix]

A happy D&B-ish track, test driving the new SH-1 Jump Up FLEX pack. Written in C-dur for maximum happiness with being used for a vintage computer demo in mind. This version has a more driving percussion. The first few seconds are very similar to a track from Aquilyzer (Solar Nebula), which is because this is one of my favourite tracks.

"Our hero enters an eerie cavern, firmly focused on recovering the mystical artifact. In the distance, ancient machines work on their neverending task. A glimpse of the artefact can be seen in the shadows. As he lifts it, a trap mechanism is triggered. Our hero suddenly is surrounded by countless hordes of demons. The only option is: Run. Run! The Demons Are Right Behind You! Deadly traps have to be avoided. After an exhausting escape, our hero reaches the outside of the cavern while the demons are doomed to remain in their slippy cave."

This is the setting for the soundtrack of this fictious sidescroller. If anyone of you ever played Shadow Of The Beast II on the Amiga, you might be familiar with the scene.

Gloomy & Mechris - Unconfined Top (Luckdown 2, Novembre 2020)

Light and darkness, happiness and sorrow. The existence of one is caused by the other. We think dark matter exists because measurements of 'normal' matter would not otherwise make sense. In the current manifestation of Luckdown, darkness is everywhere. Search for the light by holding on to your family, your friends and your beloved ones.

In this track, Mechris provided some happy melodies, which were then induced with darkness by Gloomy. We call this process Gloomy-fication.
