Recorded in a desolate studio in the woods on Vancouver Island. This track is off an indie rap EP some of my close hip hop heads made together under the name Smear Camp. The crew independently wanted to put out, master, press, and perform an EP of four songs, although there exists hundreds of songs we have recorded throughout our friendships (some on dusty hard drives, others lost, and more to perhaps be reminisced upon some day). This was an effort made for the love; unfortunately, once the work of shopping the EP, booking, touring, and "LOA'ing" presented its possibility, an unnamed member caused an anticlimactic end to crew. Also notably, during the uber fun effort, some members were under the influence of psychedelic mushrooms, which accounts for the trippy and punkish tones found on the EP, I of course.... just coffee. Shouts to ACO on the production, the old homie Krumb, and Evil Ebenezer for lacing the hook and 1st chorus. This EP is currently available at beatstreet and highlife records in Vancouver BC.
