Still needs work, but it's getting there. This started off as unrelated to the 'theme' of the album (it may yet end up as a concept), or so I thought. Playing a rough back recently it dawned on me how well it fit the whole arc...

A sampler of some of the new tracks to be included in the forthcoming album 'The Last Crusade, due for release late 2017 from Shadow Land Records.

Work is now well under way with the debut album 'The Last Crusade'.

In the meantime, this track is available for you as a taste of things to come. The lyrics for the song were written while on tour in Afghanistan back in 2010 and the acoustic guitar was written one dark night a few months later. Here's the story behind the lyrics:

This is a completely new remix of the track with new recordings of all parts except the electric/lead guitar which was, to these ears at least, perfect from the get-go.
