We welcome 2016 with the fourth reference of Scalectric Music signed by one of the new talents of House Music in Spain, Ekai. 100% Scalectric sound release which also has remixes of Diego Moreno and Ivan Smoka.

Ekai has managed to give us just we look for in Scalectric Music, Old School touch and acid sounds spiced with 90`s House stuff. "My Luv" the song that opens this EP, describes perfectly the style that we want for Scalectric. A cheerful track, designed for the dancefloor, 909 sounds and 90´s synths transport us to another time and also provides the force of the current sound of this style. In the second cut "Acid Can" we found a sound with a little more Funky character, without losing that energy so fresh. 2 bombs
worthy of the best tracks.

Commissioned to remix "My Luv" was Ivan Smoka, the legendary DJ and producer from Madrid with the collaboration of the Mexican Dr. Vertiz. Ivan take us out a bit of ecstasy and madness to bring us into a more atmospheric level with acid lines and New Wave synths. A seven minutes trip ideal for letting go.

The ep closes with one of the bosses of the recognized label "Digital Delight" Diego Moreno. He gives us a very powerful version of "Acid Can" but darker than the original, bordering the psychedelic at some points of the track. A bunch of Old School and Groove managed with quality.

In this 2016 we keep up our roots with a mix of recognized national underground producers among great projection and enthusiastic artists. So stay tuned because big surprises are coming this year!

Scalectric Music brings you the fifth releasse, featuring a new artist of the national house music scene . We talk about Lusty Pitch, a veteran and influential dj in the 90s and musician who lives in Catalonia.

Lusty comes in Scalectric with “Two Girls & 909”. A releasse with a very old school soul, raw rhythms and dressed with 303 long sequences. Two cuts made for the dancefloor spirit, showing once again that simplicity is the essence.

Xar Lee, ship´s captain on Scalectric is the responsable for the remix of the second cut, “Stupid Things People Say”. Xar Lee has chosen not to break the energy of the original track winking addition to 90s Valencia´s sound.

We work in order to find new talents, such as Lusty Pitch, who has nothing to envy the sound of biggers producers in the Spanish House Music. Throughout this 2016 will have new surprises, plus large collaborations !

In June is our anniversary, specifically our first year since the birth of Scalectric Music. So to celebrate it, we wanted to have fundamental pillars of Scalectric and also incorporate new names, having as a result our first Various Artists.

The sixth reference comes loaded,of course, lots of flow and acid. A EP 100% of known Spanish producers in the more underground house scene. We must highlight the new addition of Town of Mind from Extremadura, who enter through the front door in Scalectric with their track "Playing for Change". Kike Henriquez, another new signing, is well known for his edited works on labels like Brique Rouge, Blufin or Defined. With his track "That Groov" never fails. 

As part of the Scalectric family we have Ekai, Duosky and boss Xar Lee. Ekai jumps in the deep at this Various artist with his "Why Women Hate Porn", betting on psychedelic acid sequences, powerful bass and crazy vocals. The Duosky from Extremadura also make a nod to the Detroit-Chicago sound with battery acid sequences 909 and soft melodies, blending styles and resulting in a very solid track. Finally, Xar Lee "Loco Bass" completes the EP showing on their classic house track batteries and 303 sound, long development for a very dancefloor track.

We want to thank all who have shown their support to us one or another way during this year. From this summer there will be new changes starting and new launch strategies, betting on big names and international house scene.

The dj, producer and captain of the Scalectric label, Xar Lee, together with the DJ and producer of Bilbao Ekai come back, with house in the veins, with the firm intention of sharing and conceiving this sound, with a more garage accent, which finds its nexus of union in the luminous textures and the most forceful rhythms. The reading and demystification made by both producers of this musical style, get as few convert into a higher category, much more direct, fresh, raw and fun, but also, less predictable and pretentious. The EP, composed of three crispy tracks, starts energetically, with the tremendous Fresh, whose marked drums, of an intense luminosity, transport us to a battle where the linearity in the development of the discourse takes on special importance. It is followed by the powerful remix of Sishi Rosch Ghetto Rub, underpinned by an enveloping groove that guides us gently in a spiral. But as the track evolves, different emotions and less univocal tones are distinguished. Finally, Panic closes this EP with a nocturnal scent, where the lines of synthesizer and vocals are fired with a very effective development, full of details, ready to put the dance floor on fire.

Scalectric music is an independent electronic music label created in Spain in 2015. Our sound mainly focuses and relates to underground house in all its forms. We believe in an alternative concept, and at the same time we offer something new, which does not lack of the energy on the dancefloor.
