The forest par le duo Scande (The Cure)

Scande have sought inspiration both from their shared and differing life experiences. This duo, comprised of Scopy and Sandrine Gimbert, freely explore their common passions, both musical and other. Drawing on family imprinting, childhood experiences, growing up, evolving and beyond, the very anchor of this project is their shared history.

Inspiration comes from all over and they allowed themselves the freedom to have fun, mixing up their combined musical data bases ranging from electro pop, funk, song, cuban, oriental to trip-hop and hip-hop. This is both a poetic and a rhythmic journey, made possible by the support of a collective of artists and musicians who enable the duo to give free reign to their creative impulses.

Having dared to go all the way with this project, the duo are simultaneously keeping their feet firmly on the ground and following their musical dream.
