lex said before (i forgot where) that starlins arc is based around him learning to not trust everyone instantly so i thought. what if instead of cree and starlin having a romantic moment in the ferris wheel, cree sets starlin up to be taken by the k1ng's goons... because what is intimacy but future blackmail /ref

the festival takes place in chapter 7, so i thought it would be cool if the secret boss was a roller coaster.

by the way, this isn't the only secret boss of ch 7, there is another one, it's like an amalgam of all the secret bosses.
