Our heart seeds have the highest viability when our roots go deep, when we know ourself and our relationship to the Universe. Winds of change may threaten to uproot us when we don't know ourselves or, if we do just blow the seeds of our heart far and wide cultivating goodness and nourishment wherever they land. ~ A.L.

Within each of us lies a star seed, a divine spark that holds the potential to sprout into a new consciousness, to awaken the soul to its true purpose in the cosmos.
