SCARLETT has been in the rap game for many years.  However, it has been at least 48 months since we last heard anything from the 40 year-old veteran of the microphone. Over this four year span Scarlett has been perfecting his craft.  The first single, "Justified," is off the upcoming album, "Blood Red" and features an old childhood friend from Indianapolis, Trik' D, on the vocals.  Having produced almost all previous projects, this time around Scarlett has stepped away from the board and allowed more seasoned professionals, such as another childhood friend. Sir Tae', to handle that.
